Order Cancellation Terms & Conditions

You can cancel items within 30 minutes of placing your order. Same day delivery orders may not be eligible to cancel within 30 minutes due to the order being shipped as soon as possible.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders made specially for you are non-returnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g. finish, color, size) or a non-inventory item that has to be fulfilled on an order by order basis.

Non-Custom Orders

If you’re not totally satisfied with your JPW purchase you can return new and unopened products within 30 days, together with your proof of purchase, for full credit (restocking fees may apply).

Sorry, we do not accept returns on custom orders. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.

Credit Memo Terms & Conditions

1. Expiration
   All credit memos expire one (1) year from the document date listed on the credit memo. Any unused portion of a credit memo after the expiration date will be forfeited and is void.
   
2. Application of Credit
   Credit memos will only be applied at the explicit request of the customer. The customer must specify the invoice number(s) to which the credit memo should be applied at the time of request.
   
3. No Automatic Application
   Credit memos will not be automatically applied to open or future invoices. It is the customer’s responsibility to request application prior to the credit memo expiration date.
   
4. Non-Transferable
   Credit memos are non-transferable and may only be applied to invoices issued to the original customer listed on the credit memo.
   
5. No Cash Value
   Credit memos have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or credits to payment cards or bank accounts.
   
6. Dispute Requirement
   Any disputes related to a credit memo must be submitted in writing within sixty (60) days of the credit memo document date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
   
7. Modification or Cancellation
   The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any credit memo issued in error or in the event of fraud, misuse, or misapplication.
   
8. Governing Terms
   Credit memos are subject to the company’s standard terms and conditions of sale, which remain in effect and are not superseded by the issuance of a credit memo.
